Press Release

Toxic Federation are pleased to confirm that guest vocalist, Nighon Maiden front man, Steve Braund, will again be fronting the band at their forthcoming London show on the 22nd of November. The band will be appearing with Coldspell and The Quill at The Barfly in Camden.

The band’s manager, Beth Windsor, said, “Steve did a superb job for us at Metal Mayhem, last month, and the lads were highly impressed with both his professionalism and his musicianship. We’re all looking forward to playing live with him again”

Also joining Toxic Federation for the night, in place of regular axe-man, George Coleman, is former Isolysis guitarist, Daniel Beardsley.

Jake Graham said, “I’m hugely excited to be sharing a stage with Danny and ripping it up with him. He’s an awesomeplayer and one who I admire greatly. It’s gonna be wicked!”

Continuing with the news, Beth added, “We’d also like to introduce Nick Whitcroft to everyone [pictured right]. Nick is a superb singer and we’re delighted to announce he’ll be joining the band for our show at The Chequers in Breaston on December 10th.

At this point, it’s appropriate to thank all the really great singers who have applied for the front man position, over the last few weeks. The band has been overwhelmed by both the quality and number of applicants. So much so that picking just one man for the job has been very, very difficult. Having said that, the band feels they can now agree on a short-list and we hope to announce our permanent singer before Christmas.

I’m aware that, in many ways, all this raises more questions than it answers but all I can say at the moment is that these are really exciting times for us all and the band have never felt more positive. We genuinely feel the new Toxic Federation line-up will be the best yet and as soon as we can make definitive announcements, rest assured we will!”
